1. Platform Role & Scope of Responsibility

PackersDeal is an online aggregator and listing platform that facilitates connections between users and independent third-party packers and movers (“Service Providers”).

PackersDeal does not provide packing, moving, transportation, logistics, storage, or relocation services directly. PackersDeal does not act as a service provider, agent, partner, broker, or representative of any listed Service Provider.

2. No Liability for Third-Party Services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackersDeal shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or dispute arising from or related to services provided by third-party Service Providers, including but not limited to:

Damage, loss, or theft of goods

Delayed or failed delivery

Improper packing or handling

Pricing disputes or service quality issues

Service cancellations or non-performance

All service-related claims must be resolved directly between the user and the Service Provider.

3. No Liability for Contracts or Payments

PackersDeal is not a party to any agreement, contract, quotation, invoice, or payment arrangement between users and Service Providers.

Accordingly, PackersDeal shall not be liable for:

4. Limitation on Financial Liability
