Listing Terms

1. Eligibility to Apply for Listing

Any packers and movers, relocation companies, or logistics service providers operating in India may apply to be listed on the PackersDeal platform.

Submission of an application does not guarantee listing. All applications are subject to review, verification, and approval by PackersDeal.

2. Listing Application Process

Vendors must submit accurate and complete business information through the listing application form. This may include business details, contact information, service areas, and any other information requested by PackersDeal.

PackersDeal reserves the right to request additional information or clarification during the review process.

3. Document Verification & Approval

All listings are approved only after successful verification of submitted documents. Vendors may be required to provide business registration certificates, GST registration (if applicable), address proof, identity verification of the authorized representative, and any other documents deemed necessary.

PackersDeal reserves the sole right to approve, reject, or delay any listing application based on the verification outcome.

4. Accuracy & Ongoing Compliance

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted remain true, accurate, and up to date throughout the listing period.

Any failure to maintain valid documentation or update changes in business details may result in suspension or removal of the listing

5. Client Leads & Customer Agreements

Any customer inquiry or lead received by a vendor through the PackersDeal platform is provided solely for direct engagement between the vendor and the customer.

Vendors must ensure that:

All service agreements, quotations, invoices, and contracts are issued in the vendor’s own firm or business name

PackersDeal’s name, branding, or identity is not used in any customer agreement or documentation

All commercial terms, pricing, payment collection, and service execution are handled directly by the vendor

PackersDeal is not a party to any agreement or transaction between the vendor and the customer and shall bear no responsibility or liability arising from such agreements.

6. Nature of Listing

Listing on PackersDeal:

Does not create a partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship

Does not guarantee leads, inquiries, or business volume

Does not constitute endorsement, certification, or approval of vendor services

Vendors operate as independent entities and are solely responsible for their services.

7. Right to Suspend or Remove Listings

PackersDeal reserves the right to suspend or remove any vendor listing at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

Submitted documents are found to be false, misleading, or invalid

Vendors violate these Listing Terms or applicable laws

Repeated customer complaints or disputes are reported

Vendors engage in unethical, misleading, or unlawful practices

Any disputes related to services must be resolved directly between the user and the service provider.

8. Modifications to Listing Terms

PackersDeal may update or modify these Listing Terms at any time. Continued listing on the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms..

9.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Listing Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India
